    Perfect location for AMNH and central park. Close to many stores, restaurants and grocery. Room was clean and large for NYC. Highly recommend.

    I’m a Marriott Titanium for life. So when they were priced 25% to 35% higher than, and are completely absent from Upper West Side, I went with Hotel Beacon and I will be staying there again. Staff were professional and friendly! Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Light snacks and water in lobby were appreciated! Hotel Beacon is going through a remodel and upgrade currently. The construction was unintrusive and when complete the hotel will be even more stunning and modern!! Stay! You won’t be disappointed!

    Exceptionally well located, 2 blocks from subway and the central park, big clean rooms with full equiped kitchennete, excellent and friendly staff... all and all a wonderful hotel worth revisiting.

    Gentleman at front desk couldn’t be bothered to check me in, acted annoyed, made faces and sighed dramatically when I couldn’t hear him. I brought it up to the other front desk staff, as she witnessed it, maybe he’s her manager? But she proceeded to lay in to me instead of help. I’ve stayed UWS at Lucerne and Belleclaire, they have wonderful polite staff and I will not return to Beacon.
