Near airport with free shuttle service. Breakfast was not fancy, but ample for our needs.

This stay was booked for a single 8hr overnight between a late arriving evening flight and a morning flight. Perfectly designed hotel for this sort of arrangement: Location close to airport; Free breakfast was very well done with great choices and started at 7am, so time to enjoy it before going back to airport; Staff was extremely helpful/ friendly; Free shuttle to/from airport ran on time
Not a good location for a long-term stay. Room environment was good but not excellent: There was mud on the bathtub rim like it had leaked from the overhead air vent. Car alarm in next door parking lot went off in the middle of the night. The A/C was slow to kick-in- the temp was fine but the humidity in the room was rich enough one could drink the air (here during rainy season).

Proximity to the airport was my primary concern since this was a layover night during a long trip. The airport shuttle makes it convenient and saves from having to uber or hire a taxi. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice pool for lap swimming.
Hotel could use an upgrade. It is showing its age. Rate and value for the money is not that good but it is just what you got to pay for HI. Other negatives are not the hotel’s fault - busy traffic nearby, kinda noisy until traffic dies down.

It was a great location right near the airport. The high walls around the property and enclosed parking garage made us feel safe. We had a nice view of the pool from our rooms. The rooms were a good size and very clean.
It would have been nice if there were some savory vegan options at breakfast. Also, the AC unit in our room barely worked and had mold in it so we didn't really run it. So we had to just leave it off and sweat it out in the night. The sliding door had trouble opening and it did not have a screen so bugs kept getting in when we opened it to try to cool our room off since we couldn't utilize the AC.
