They had a crosswalk the light up to cross the street so that was the best thing ever.
So upon check-in, we were told that our unit was across the street on the third floor and the elevator was broken. So we had to carry all of our stuff up three flights of stairs for two full days until elevator got fixed. we realize that there was these bugs on the bed so I had to go and get stuff to clean the room lay all the towels on the bed for the pullout so my daughter can lay down. There was three cockroaches little baby ones two in the bathroom one in the kitchen. I did let the staff know, and they told us it wasn’t bedbugs because they had recently come to spray it. It didn’t matter to me the fact that there was bugs and Hair would only tell me that those sheets were not changed. We were told we couldn’t get accommodated in the actual location that was on the beach because they didn’t have enough for my family of five but we counted plenty of room rooms that they should’ve been able to help us get a communed in, but they chose not to. Which is OK we made it work on our last night you can tell that it gets rented to whoever and whatever there was a group of young boys that had the room next to us and they were very disrespectful super loud slam in the doors all times of the night couldn’t call the front desk because the phone in our room was not working so we called from our personal phone and nobody answered. So did we really enjoy our time there we did when we were on the beach, but we got back to the room. We couldn’t wait for it to be daylight to be back on the beach. There’s a fridge there’s a coffee maker and a toaster and a microwave and underneath the microwave there’s enough dust to build a ball dust. There’s no sink in the kitchen, which made it kind of weird having to wash the dishes or whatever we used in the bathroom. For the amount of money that we paid for the three nights I feel like we didn’t actually get what we paid for.
