This was a nicely, renovated old Florida style motel. You never know what to expect when booking but we were very happy with it! It was very dog friendly, it was clean, well maintained with a nice warm pool overlooking the intercoastal. The staff is helpful. And The gulf is right across the street. They allow you one car parking right at your room . Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking and easy driving distance. Easy drive to John’s pass. If you are a regular at the Ritz, this is not gonna be for you, but if you are easy-going and want nice reasonable accommodations for a few days this place fits the bill!

The rooms were so clean and smelled nice and fresh. The young lady working in the lobby/office was very sweet and helpful. The pool area was kept up nice and decorated very nice. Me and my fiancé were very happy with this motel and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.
The parking is very tight. Not everyone staying there parked straight and there were a couple occasions where I had to park across the street at beach access.

Love that it was a small motel our room was very roomy for us the pool was heated and right across the beach!
