    First, the hotel hasn't responded to any of my emails or messages thru Agoda before check in Second, when we checked in, we are informed there is no running water for the day. We had the option of still staying in or moving to a hotel 20 mins down the road. No sorries or no hint of apologies for any inconvenience caused. This is something the hotel could have emailed the customers priror to check in The whole point of me staying in this run down hotel is becauSe I used to park my car at this particular hotel garage when I was in college 30 years ago. Lobby still looks the same, awful service and attitude. Never stay here again
