The rooms need microwaves and mini refrigerators for the amount of money you spend on a room.

The building features beautiful architecture and a creatively decorated main lobby. I particularly love the unique glasses-shaped logo. Inside, the rooms are spacious, immaculate, and offer wonderful views. Additionally, the location is ideal, sitting within short walking distance of UPenn, Drexel University, and the train station.
I had absolutely no complaints.

Double rooms should have queen beds. Full beds are too small for two people. In the bathroom there should be a shelf to put your toiletry bag, there's just a sink, no where to put anything. Toiletry bag has to sit in the room. There should be an outlet at the nightstand so you can charge a phone. Closest outlet is across the room.
Also, I didn't know my card was going to be charged $100 for incidentals, I assumed it was just a "hold". I used my bank card so I'm out the $100 until it gets reimbursed, which they said could be 5 days.
