Clean, roomy, comfortable

No hot water the entire time. I wish they had called me before I checked in or told me at check in, so I could have gone somewhere else. I hate to see any business lose money, but no hot water is a huge thing.

Good location but beware of the neighbourhood, lots of homeless and addicts.

There was a party on the next door and nobody shut it down. Plus there was homeless sleeping on the halls.

It was ok.

There was a street construction right in front of the hotel. It was extremely noisy but it's not the hotel's fault. The beds we confortable but the pillows were not comfortable at all.

The pillows were terrible. There was not hair dryer.

TOO NOISY - BAD GUESTS

Room was ready.

IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. It's super noisy from the street outside. That's not the hotels fault but it did make going to sleep at night difficult so you should be aware of that. There were also people above us making so much sex or sawing or druggy noise at 1 am and again around 5:30-6 am which woke us up. I called the front desk twice to tell them to please tell the upstairs guests to be quiet and then the noise stopped for a little while. Seemed like druggies doing druggy things from the noises.

Stayed here because of the proximity to Dodger Stadium. Really all that I can say positively is that free parking was helpful (though limited) and the location was convenient.

The room was not ideal. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and I felt that the floor was not very clean. Although there was free parking, it was hard to get to and very limited. The location while close to Dodger Stadium is quite dicey. I would not recommend walking here at night.

The Lexmar is a great spot in Echo Park

I love the location it's right by the bus stop no.2 and no 4 and the staff are all great. The local shops and cafes are all a stones throw away.

There is nothing to complain about. It's on a busy road so expect loud traffic and potential works in the night. But the AC windows shut its quiet and cool in the room.

Price ok but wouldn’t stay there again

It was a cheap stay in Los Angeles and the parking is included. There were also always parking spots available.

There was a SUPER LOUD construction on the street in front of the motel going on every night. They were nice when we asked them about it and wouldve been ok with us changing room and cancelling the booking, but I think this should’ve been told to us at the check in, since it was a known thing. The room unfortunately had quite a strong sweet perfume like smell and the towels were also not always very clean. Sometimes you’d see weird people come in and out and it was really a bit uncomfortable. The women in the reception were very nice but I would not stay there again!

I was very un pleased no towels or showers gel soap or hand soap on premises and air conditioner took over 4 hours to get cold and didn’t have a blanket on my bed only a sheet on maters and comforter also there was trash left in trash cans but new bag over it for over a week found a receipt in trash for dates of a week before spoke to lady upfront was told call the owner

They have charged an extra 90$ for 3rd person saying its not allowed to stay more than 2 people in one room which they didn’t specify in their hotel policies and the lady over the counter was so rude to give us the bill which we paid she jus gave her bank statement make sure guys bfore u checkin

The evening office staff - she stated she was from Peru - so pleasant and so helpful. Delightful!

Check-out - I asked for a receipt and was told that none were provided. Robert (the name he gave) in the office, showed no interest and clearly did not care.

Good

The Motel is close to the Sunset Blvd. Nice area with small shops and restaurants. From there you can either take the bus to Downtown or visit Hollywood (Bus 30min). The room and bathroom are clean. Room has a heater and an AC.

The windows could have a better sealing to cancel the noise, since the motel is next to the street. The fridge in the room starts itself during night which is a bit annoying but somehow acceptable.
