Friendly and very helpful team at the front desk. The kitchen was huge and have everything you need to cook. Free coffee and teas. The hostel is located near Santa Monica Pier and makes the experience very holidays vibes with lots of restaurants coffees and shoppings nearby. Overall the place was clean.
The bedroom and the bed were too small for us. The noise coming from the main street disturbed our sleeps, people were shouting for hours outside but its not the fault of the place. We booked the place on the wk: while my partner didnt have any issues in the communal bathrooms, the ladies bathrooms were dirty and always occupied by girls doing hair and make up without the thought of sharing it. So in my side it wasnt comfortable at all. Thanks to the team for the kindness.

LOCATION! Clean!
1) the employees! Horrible! Like machines. Zero personalities, unfriendly, not flexible, boring… 2) zero ambiance! Hostels around the world were about connecting, meeting people = ZERO of it now. 3) you check out and must pay $5 for luggage even for 1-2 hours. Ridiculous 4) beds are on hanging wires and noisy and soft …
