everything staff were great espicially young gino on front desk who went above and beyond . then charlotte and then cece who loves bronchos then katrina was so lovely they could not do enough big thank you to charlotte 💙💙💙

The hotel itself is very nice and extremely clean.
The downtown location while close to many things is not the best neighborhood.

The pizza at Gattera was delicious. Exactly what we needed after a late arrival.
The front desk seemed to truly be confused by easy questions. Booked a room with a balcony and just had a basic room.
