Location, decor, staff was awesome
HC fans below our balcony made it not so great place to relax, screening curtain at slider was coming apart & thus a tripping hazard.

Great location…walking distance to 16th Street Mall and restaurants
Not their fault but there is construction across the street which caused a lot of noise during the early hours

The onsite Restaurant was good, but pricey. The rooftop Pool was the Best part of the stay, but would have been nice to have drinks available in the morning....maybe a coffee bar
The Valet was slow, upon checkout there was no valet in the morning and No carts available for luggage......front desk was zero help! They did comp that last day valet....How can you charge for a service you don't have!
