    Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing, especially considering the amount we ultimately paid. When I booked through Agoda, the price displayed for my two-night stay was $***. I was therefore very surprised to be charged $517 at the hotel, followed by an additional $200 in charges. The significant difference between the advertised price and the final cost was frustrating and something I believe guests should be made fully aware of in advance. The service also fell short of expectations. The staff were not particularly welcoming, and no assistance was offered with our luggage upon arrival. The bathroom facilities were also below the standard I expected for the price. The one clear advantage is the location, which is very convenient and close to the downtown attractions and hotspots. Overall, while the location is excellent, the service, facilities, and unexpected additional costs made the experience disappointing. For the price we paid, I expected a considerably higher level of hospitality and quality. There is certainly room for improvement.

    Travelled to Denver with a small group of friends to go to a football game and we felt you didn't even need to leave the hotel. Rooms were nice, snug and cozy. The hotel bar and restaurant was superb. The staff were tremendous, friendly, kind. Would certainly stay again!

    Hair on the wall of bathroom , yellow stain on napkin box in the bathroom, and the walls are so thin you can hear ppl in the room next to yours talking on their phone.
