there was no breakfast. the location was good for restaurants but distant for attractions. the bus service was excellent. the parking was difficult to use with a van against the wall.

Recycle bin was on parking floor which is different where we parked our car.

Location was great! Close to old town and also supermarket nearby. Good to have indoor parking but considering how much the apartment costs, should have been included in the overall price. Great natural light during the day. Spacious apartment! Kitchen was also stocked with the basics. Washer Dryer was also great to have - very efficient! Generally speaking, receptionists were helpful.

The rooms were very dark. Only lit with 1 or two bedside lamps, which was a nuisance at night. Not all of the beds were made, missing bedsheets - leaving mattress exposed. It was odd that there was no duvet cover. Sheets were used to 'sandwich' the comforter, which would not stay in place at night. For the price, would have expected bed to be made to standard. In general, quality of furniture was not great. If you're looking for a long stay/ to spend more time at the property, you'll find that the furniture and fittings are average and sub-par. At times, wi-fi would not work. It was a little temperamental.

The proximity to old Quebec was great

We we’re never informed that our original booking could not be accommodated because the apartment was flooded out. We only found out apron check-in when we were told we would have the penthouse apartment for the first half of our stay. When that was up they literally had no plans for us as a family. My Father is Ninety Year’s old and we had our relatives staying in the same place to make visits easy. In a nut shell, we ended up with two apartments on different floors, one which you had to use a steep staircase from the bedrooms to the living room. The original apartment was perfect and we wouldn’t have had to spend a full day moving everything into two separate apartments. The management dropped the ball BIG TIME....
