Villa MARIJA is fantastic house for 8 people,An ideal place for rest and relaxation. The house is surrounded by greenery, situated in a small village Naklice 7 km from Omis and 22 km from Split, an oasis of peace and tranquility .
Our villa has been built in 1985 and was completely renovated in the beginning of 2015. 30 years of enjoying it is the best prove of the quality of the vacation in it as well as accommodation in completely renovated facility. Rustic atmosphere is a touch of a leisure style fulfilled with all necessary modern gadgets like , internet, satellite TV…. Four separate bedrooms, of which three rooms have one double bed – king size and in one room is 2 single beds . There are two bathrooms with shower and one small separate toilette on the ground floor - near pool. Kitchen and living room are placed in the south with extra big balcony and equipped with all necessary gadgets and air condition. On your disposal will be washing machine, 2 dish washing machine, FREE internet, satellite TV , iron, hair dryer… Around the house there are four terraces, barbeque, swimming pool , jacuzzi and large garden. On the ground floor there is a billiard room, a separate toilet and large terrace with rattan garden furniture. The entire house has central heating system, and air conditions. Thanks to the mountain breeze, 225 m altitude and touch of the forest, nights in summer are much pleasant than in the other places. To the nearest grocery store they are less that 5 minutes driving, supermarket in in 2 km distance, and large malls are some 20 minutes driving, in the suburb of Split or in Omiš , only 6 km away. House VILLA MARIJA is situated 7 km from town Omiš. in the middle of Dalmatia, surrounded by beautiful beaches and river Cetina .Split , as the center of region Dalmatia , is only 22 km away . Split is the cultural center where the whole summer for musical and drama performances at the event SPLIT SUMMER. In Split is the best Croatian football club Hajduk with its famous fans TORCIDA(URL HIDDEN) (URL HIDDEN)We are proud to say that town Split is only 30 minutes driving from our “haven”. It is second largest town in Croatia, tourist centre of Dalmatia, founded from ancient roman imperator Diocletian more than 1700 years ago- a zero-category monument protected by UNESCO. Split indulges all your interests, from priceless historical sights in the very centre of the town, numerous taverns, vine and oil bars, beaches and forest Marjan, sports events, football club Hajduk, to night clubs and fun. Besides all near locations it is worth to mention also possible excursions we would suggest. Waterfalls on River Krka are near pictures town Šibenik, only 75 km away. Town Dubrovnik some 200 km down the coast, national park Plitivica lakes to the north 250 km. You should also try to take a ferry to one of our islands from Split port or one day excursions from Omiš.

Experience wind breeze in your hair with amazing view – all in one- mountains, river canyon and sea with island. We are situated only 6 km from town Omiš, perfectly close, but still far enough to have your own privacy. Omiš is small costal town, with beautiful beaches for all tastes, sand beach in the very centre, pebble beach on the east as well rock cliffs for the adventurer. Besides beaches there are many cultural and historical sights to see, starting with legend of Omiš pirates. Few km away there is a popular excursion site Radman mills, surrounded with magnificent canyon mountains, domestic cuisine, rafting or rowing possibilities will emphasize your experience.

The villa was so nice, lived up to our expectations and more. The pool, pool table and all other bits of the outdoor area were amazing.
Toni was really helpful and friendly, recommended us a great restaurant to eat in in Naklice

Zunächst einmal: Absolut positiv an dieser Villa ist die Lage innerhalb eines rundum begrünten und liebevoll gepflegten Grundstücks - und dies in einer recht kargen Landschaft! Der ebenfalls gut gepflegte Pool ist ein Highlight für Kinder und Erwachsene, da er aufgrund seiner Größe nicht nur für erfrischendes Plantschen sondern auch fürs Schwimmen und Tauchen geeignet ist (Tiefe ca. 1,50 m). Ruhemöglich- keiten in Sonne und Schatten mit entsprechender Sitz- und Liegen-Austattung sind reichlich vorhanden - sowohl in der Sonne wie auch im Schatten, letzteres zum Teil unter einem Vordach mit Weinlaub. Dies alles so, wie man entsprechend der Präsentation im Angebot erwarten konnte. Besonders bemerkenswert im Detail ist der Garten, der in unserer Anwesenheitszeit August/September sogar reife Wein-trauben und Feigen zu bieten hatte, an deren Verzehr wir uns erfreuen durften. Der sehr nette Vermieter - mit dem sich sofort ein fast freundschaftlicher Kontakt ergab - hat seinen Hinweis auf die Feigen sogar mit der Bereitstellung eines Feigenschnapses verbunden, und zwar mit der Empfehlung, beides gemeinsam zu genießen (aber immer nur ein Glaserl am Morgen - hat jedoch auch abends geschmeckt.) - Das Hausinnere ist gut aufgeteilt: Ein Familientrakt mit 3 Schlafräumen und einem Bad/WC (darin Waschmaschine) und einem durch kleinen Vorraum abgetrennten Teil mit einem Schlafraum für ebenfalls 2 Personen sowie einem Bad/WC (beide Bäder mit sehr guten Duschen). Küche und recht gemütlich ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer sind durch einen offenen Durchgang verbunden, so dass die in der Küche befindliche Klimanlage auch den Wohnraum kühlt, sehr abgeschwächt - bei offenen Türen - auch den übrigen Teil des Hauses - und ist leider bei den dortigen extrem hohen Temperaturen im Sommer zu wenig. Daher folgender Verbesserung-Vorschlag: Installation (mindestens) einer 2. Klimaanlage -vielleicht im Bereich des Hinterausgangs. Ein weiterer - weniger aufwendiger - Verbesserungsvorschlag: Garderobenhaken in Fluren und Zimmern - zumal sich ein Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln nur in einem der vier Schlafräume befindet. Dies sind aber die einzigen Punkte an Verbesserungsbedarf! Alles andere war uneingeschränkt super und hat uns allen (2 Kinder, Eltern, 1xGroßeltern) einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht. Great thanks, Dear Toni!👍� Anhang: Die Riesenküche (mit Billardtisch!!!) im EG ist gut kühl zu halten und sehr praktisch (Brutzeln 🍳�ohne Geruch in der Wohnung!)

La maison est idéalement située entre omis et split. Facile d'accès et au frais car un peu en hauteur, bien agréable lorsqu'il fait très chaud. Nous étions 8, 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous n'avons pas manqué de place. La maison est bien équipée. Vraiment top!!!
