This detached Dalmatian villa is suitable for up to 10 adults or for several families with 2 to 3 children, friends, or relatives. It is located right near the beach—about 120 m away—in a quiet, low-traffic side street in the Mala Lozna neighborhood, situated on a hillside with a beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea and the surrounding area.
On the first floor of the villa is an apartment of about 46 m², featuring 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower; air-conditioned; a living room with a fireplace of about 30 m², featuring an open fireplace and a dining area for 12 people, along with a fully equipped kitchen; outdoors, there is a covered terrace with an outdoor grill, approximately 30 m², a seating area in front of the living room with the fireplace, and a sun terrace with a pool, a solar-powered outdoor shower, and garden furniture and lounge chairs.
On the first floor is an apartment of about 50 m² with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a balcony; another apartment of approximately 60 m², featuring one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room/kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace; the outdoor area features several large terraces with seating, cascading flower beds (Dalmatian style), and a large outdoor grill;
