The hotel and room were very comfortable and clean. The room had almost all of the amenities that you would expect in a nice hotel, including shampoo, conditioner and bath soap dispensers inside the shower stall.
I would have liked to have access to a free coffee/tea bar where creamers and sugar/honey were available for making my morning tea.
The elevator was unusually slow.

the location was perfect for my needs
I should have asked for a room off the street. There is a hospital across the street and the noise from sirens woke me through the night.

I liked the space we were a family of 7. I loved the balcony window but the bathroom is right in front of the beds and there was no lock for privacy
No locks on bathroom door and you can feel the cold come in from the outside
