Our stay was good overall. Kudos to the staff who received us upon arrival. We arrived several hours before the stated check-in time and fully expected to wait or leave our luggage. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to be checked in early, which allowed us to proceed with our planned activities worry-free—this was truly appreciated.
The only issue we encountered was a misunderstanding regarding the parking fee. We initially thought that the daily parking fee meant a reserved parking space for the entire day. However, we later learned that the fee applies per entry, meaning we were charged each time we exited and re-entered the parking on the same day. Essentially, it functions more like a pay-per-use parking fee rather than a true daily rate. We hope this can be communicated more clearly to guests, either during check-in or on the hotel’s website.
As for the room, it met our expectations, and the hotel offers good amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service from the staff.

Really enjoyed this location. We stayed in a Consulate Suite and enjoyed the spaciousness. It gave our family room to spread out and the modern room divider gave us just enough separation for work/eating in the room to the main bed. Bathroom was huge - very spacious shower. We valued the huge walk-in closet as it allowed us to keep the room open and less cluttered. The closet had a great shelf and two luggage racks. We stored all our luggage upright in the closet and hung all of our clothes. We really liked the proximity to restaurants, Japantown, Nijiya Market, Daiso - all easily walkable within a few minutes. Central enough to take Uber/Lyft/Waymo to other points of interest.
Lobby coffee machine was a huge hit for us. Really nice lounge areas to enjoy, too.
Only thing that we were surprised this hotel didn't have was a Toto/Bidet in the room bathroom.

The Room was comfortable with a great view of the city . When we checked in all the amenities ( robes , toothbrush, toothpaste , slippers etc ) were missing . We went out for a walk and told the front desk . When we returned 11/2 hours later they still hadn’t brought the amenities to the room . We got the amenities after the second request .
Breakfast was adequate but not in line with the price of the room . the set up for seating is terrible . There’s only one long table and if you come down at a bad time ( crowded ) you have to have your breakfast at one of the small tables or low couches scattered around the lobby area !
We went out for a walk the next morning at 9am & returned around 11.30am and the room was still unmade.
When we left for lunch around noon we told a housekeeper outside our door to make the room and left . When I returned to the room 2 hours later it was still not made up ; really slow service .
Why are the operating ice machines only on floors 4,6 & 12 ?There was a machine on our floor (14) but it’s not working !
Overall …. Find another hotel !
