All employees were wonderful - the receptionist and the breakfast crew - kind and patient and helpful. The gym is really nice. Breakfast was decent.
Room was not cleaned properly. Sheets were ripped (4stars - not so sure). Room service was no service - a delivery in a bag with plastic forks and knives. The food was terrible.

It’s very well located at the heart of Georgetown Washington within short walking distance of subway stations.
The breakfast should have more variety.

Well located, rooms were comfortable, but a little outdated.
Staff is nice and courteous but they are not able to solve problems. They have limited abilities. They charge a destination fee that it’s a scam.
