Staff was great. Hotel was in middle of renovation and probably would not have stayed there if I had known. Also, there was an undisclosed "facility fee" at checkout which is plain ans simple a rip off.

Stayed for three nights, just me and my 3 yo. Staff was extremely accomodating and friendly. Room was clean and spacious for New York City. We walked to Rockefeller center, restaurants and shops, and of course the park across the street.

I had the pleasure of staying at Bryant Park Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was stellar. Jo really went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable – the bed was incredibly snuggly! The view of Bryant Park was absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better, with everything in the city within walking distance.
If you're looking for a top-tier hotel experience in NYC, I highly recommend Bryant Park Hotel. I can't wait to come back!
