I brought my own breakfast. Had to use the bathroom sink as a kitchen sink, not the most convenient. Fridge opposite side of room to kitchen.

Perfect Salt Spring B&B

Perfect, private B&B. Very spacious, comfortable carriage house, with mini fridge, microwave, comfortable bed and best of all the private deck with hot tub. Delicious breakfast delivered to our room, Thank you Sue for the fabulous scones!!

Best weekend retreat visited the ciders the cheese farm the brewery went to the market on Saturday now that’s what I cal

The privacy and seclusion very peaceful and zen but only a few minutes drive to town the longest drive we did was 30 min. The host for this property are very friendly and are able to guide you around for good places to eat and go for a drink or a Ice cream

Secluded and serene spot away from the hustle and bustle

Lovely little apartment, perfect for our two night stay on the island! Loved the hot tub and the beautiful landscaping, nice quiet location outside of the town, super comfy bed, everything was really clean and the covid protocols were great.

Hot tub, dog friendly, close to the lake!

Breakfast was delicious and always fresh. The hot tub was a great touch. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming to us and our dog! Would definitely stay again.

We were absolutely blown away. I normally inspect a place really well before booking and I was still shocked upon arrived. Sue and Chris have built a sanctuary hideaway at the top of SSI.

I am personally particular about cleanliness. I noticed that hot tub and shower weren't the cleanest. Everything else was perfect!

This was the most relaxing, friendly, comfortable B&B we have ever visited.

Breakfast preparation was superb - all homemade, delicious, plentiful, varied. Enclosed yard was helpful for our dog, and the hosts were both people and dog-friendly. Neighborhood is quiet and has lots of natural beauty.

Lovely spot by the lake!

We had a lovely stay. Delicious homemade breakfasts, stellar outdoor hot tub for 2, well equipped cozy room, fantastic hosts, easy walking distance to the lake, beautiful property. Can’t wait to return, we loved it. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

To answer the “what didn’t you like” question, I guess it would be that the shower gel smelled strongly of cheap men’s cologne. The hand soap also had a heavy artificial scent. I’m sensitive to scents I think, but a natural soap would be nice. And a nice duvet cover. The food also had a lot of sugar in it. Just minor things.

Best B&B I ever stayed in on Canada’s West Coast

Every morning a surprise breakfast with home baked scones, muffins bread and pretty to look at. The hot tub I had all to .myself in my garden. I enjoyed it especially at night under the stars. Sue and Chris are wonderful hosts making me feel at home.

The breakfasts were beyond our expectations! We asked for just cereal, yogurt and juice, but everyday was a surprise.. There was always fruit, fresh baked scones or muffins, or eggs, and a variety of toast, or English muffins. They always arrived on time and the presentation was great!

Exactly what we asked for for our breakfast plus personal touches. Loved having the little kitchenette and able to make our own coffee. Owners were electricians and every switch and outlet were exactly as needed plus extras for convenience.
