Super friendly staff. Loved the coupons for morning coffee. Location near subway stop and walkable to museums was wonderful.
Room was a bit spartan with the vinyl flooring and no place to place a dopp kit. Pillows were also too firm and thick for our liking. Our room was directly opposite the elevator so a bit noisy.

Fantastic location. Lots to see and do and great restaurants nearby on the Upper West Side. Easy subway connections to the rest of the city.
The room was sparsely furnished and decorated. Not much table or counter space. Our room window looked out into a narrow shaft, so we could just see a brick wall with a couple of other hotel rooms 10-15 feet away. It seemed like most other rooms had at least a street view, so it wasn’t a problem for our short stay.

Love the breakfast option - you get a voucher to use at a French bakery within the hotel while you are there
My room did not have a view ( faced a bricked wall ) and was noisy as it was near the stairs . It was a cheaper option on booking so I guess you get what you pay for
