It's an old building, but very nicely maintained, with a classic New York small hotel atmosphere. The room was small, as expected, but comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good convenient location, close to Park, Transport and groceries
very Substandard rooms relative to exorbitant nitely price. Breakfas was marginal at best; $10/voucher per day/per person was a joke; every day we had to pay substantially extra $ just for a coffeee and so-so croissant We had to demand a more liveable room for a one week stay as the first one was like a jailcell, with a view to a brick wall and no space to open 2 suitcases!
