    Really enjoyed staying here— the location is great! Very close to the river walk, the Chicago Theatre, millennium park, a plethora of restaurants, and the train that will take you very easily to ORD airport. All members of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and the rooms were nice and clean!

    My Wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here from 7/24/26 - 7/27/26. It's beautiful on the inside. The room was a good size for the both of us. The check in process was simple and smooth. The staff we encountered were all great including the house keepers. It's in a great location with most attractions being just a lil walk away, or a quick ride on public transit which we did. 10/10 we will definitely stay there when we visit Chicago again in the future. I also would highly recommend it for any one else's stay when visiting Chicago.

    The room did not even have a smart TV now that it is common everywhere else. The room was very congested.
