Location is good, however we have heavy luggage but no staff help us to take the upstairs to hotel lobby even open the door.

The hotel is located near stores, restaurants and bus stops but few meters away from the train terminal. The facility itself is clean, they offer free unlimited coffee and tea. They have filtered water dispenser hot and cold for drinking. Everyday they are making the bed/ cleaning the room and refill the towels. Only complain is the stairs from entrance, they dont have ramps for heavy luggage. But overall i highly recommend this hotel. And definitely will come back if i will visit Washington again

They have no parking No refrigerator No microwave No carpeting The floors In the hallways are spongy Like they're gonna give out they charged me $150 to temporarily park in the back staff parking but I have to move my vehicle by 7:00 a.m. every morning
