Beautiful hotel! Our room was nice and clean, with quality bedding and towels. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff are very professional.
We had dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant-Gerrard Street Kitchen. The food was amazing! The service was excellent, especially from Saied at dinner!

The front desk staff was amazing.
They treated us as family not a stranger.
The room was very neat. Bed very comfortable.
The restroom was supplied with towels, and every morning.
The view fron the window, looked unto the street and skyline.
The front entertainment area was very nice, plenty of seating.
The door Attendant were great! Very nice and helpful.
They took time to talk with us.
My experience was very positive. Would stay again.

We loved our stay here and will definitely stay here again. The staff is excellent, as is the location. The only issue we had was the amenity fee. The evening happy hour would be great, but it is very short and not at a very convenient time when traveling, meaning we never got to go. So we paid an extra $30/day for amenities we couldn't use.
