Comfortable and cozy apartment in Dorsoduro, Accademia and Zattere area. Located on the first floor, consists of living room, large double bedroom, kitchen equipped with dining table, bathroom with bathtub, antibagno, large terrace with possibility to dine outdoors overlooking a quiet private garden.
Well served by all the navigation lines, in close proximity to important museums.
Comfortable and cozy apartment in Dorsoduro, near Accademia and Zattere. Very quiet neighborhood but at the same time downtown. Piazza San Marco is 15 minutes away, Piazzale Roma 10 minutes, train station 15 minutes walk.
All water bus lines, various shops, small restaurants, fish market, supermarkets, coffee, taverns, and ice cream at a few minutes walk.
The atmosphere of the apartment is typical of a Venetian 1800s house. The rooms include a small dining room, a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a marble dining table, a bathroom with bathtub, a comfortable terrace overlooking our green garden.

Paolo is a very friendly host who always responded immediately in English. On site, he preferred French. His tips for restaurants and shopping were very helpful. In general, the area around the flat is great. Only a few minutes to both the Ca'Rezzonico and Zattere Vaporetto stops, so always the best connection. In the neighbourhood there are restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and much more. The flat seemed larger to us than in the pictures: large bedroom. Kitchen with seating area and in between another room with table and chairs. A small terrace allows you to have breakfast outside. The building is old - which should come as no surprise in Venice - but the flat was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, we would come back another time.

Very clean and comfortable with good security. The location is excellent making it easy to walk or catch a ferry to all the main attractions. Paolo was a great host and very willing to help in any way possible.

First the apartment is in an excellent neighborhood, the property manager is super nice and genuinely concerned. However, I would not recommend this apartment for the following reasons, the entrance was obviously flooded and not being cleaned, emits a very strong musty smell that permeates up to the apartment above, the apartment setup does not include a comfortable sitting area except the bed, which has a very thin mattress on slats, extremely uncomfortable!
