La prise en charge est un peu compliqué pour rien, on doit se déplacer à un autre adresse pour récupérer un code, je n’ai pas compris pourquoi on ne reçoit pas le code sur l’application comme d’habitude, perte de temps

Le lave vaisselle lave mal, couteau ne coupe pas , table de cuisine devraient être sablé et revernie et les matelas pas très confortables

Le site et la qualité du condo

Le stationnement est loin et pas d’accès au garage

Love the location and the pool area. About 5 mins drive from the village

What downrates this facility is its cleanliness. The sofa bed sheet was very dirty and soiled with food which was not taken care of rightaway. When we called the management she said they will send someone next morning which means we had to sleep on dirty sheet for the whole night. Also the sofa bed was overall in a bad state with its rundown mattress ripped seats One of the bathrooms had no lock or it was broken. A technician came in just to survey and told us that it cannot be fixed during our stay and since it needs an approval from the owner it will take longer. Dryer was not functioning. We also complained about the dryer about which we were told that we can take our clothes to the main office to dry which was very inconvenient because the main office was about 10 minutes drive.
