No dishwasher soap was there

The condo is very well equipped and super clean. Beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. The swimming pool and the whirlpool were great additions!

The condo is located very high up the mountain. It is quite a workout to get there with a stroller and a baby. It's a very good thing there are shuttles. The check-in is at another facility nearby. Although everyone we met was super kind, the staff should be better trained to answer questions about the condo itself. You should consider changing the mattress and the toaster which are both in poor condition (for very different reasons).

Massive apartment and really well equipped with everything you could think of in the kitchen. Apartment has superb views of the lake. Big beds and lots of seating

Lack of any wardrobe space, apart from a small space in the master bedroom next to the drawers, but tiny and no good for dresses, trousers or long skirts. All other wardrobe spaces were all locked and used as storage for the apartment with no access to this space for guests (some hanging space in the utility cupboard with the mops!) Quite a lot of bulbs were not working in the main living space.

We booked our place last summer (2024) and although we received confirmation of the booking (through booking), we were never able to access the exact unit we booked. Also, I feel like the rate was deceptive because I could never access our booking to look at the cost breakdown because it must have been an excessive tax rate and resort fee that hiked up the price. Our unit was very nice although the fireplace was a mess and covered in ashes and soot with no logs to burn (we were supposed to have two). The kitchen was not well equipped with even the basics (decent spatula, flat baking sheet, etc). We were looking for a roll of foil but only to change the lining on the bottom of the oven as it was not fully covered and looked like it had been in there a long while. Also, we had less than half of a roll of paper towels left for us and barely any dishwashing soap (watered down bottle with maybe two oz of soap water). The dryer also took FOREVER to dry our clothes. Not good when it's freezing outside. Also, it said the unit was ski in and ski out, but that was tricky because it was difficult to find how to actually get off the mountain to get back to our unit so it was not an easy process. We did really like the garage parking and the view but for the amount of money we paid, I expected a little more attention to detail. Not to mention the things we were looking for were only to help take good care of the condo. Finally my son is highly allergic to dogs, and even though it says no pets allowed, there must have been a dog in that unit at some point because he definitely had a reaction to something. We are not high maintenance people but it's just honest feedback.
