Location is excellent, clean, well equipped, has everything you could need. There was even Yorkshire tea in the cupboard!!! Reception staff were fantastic!

Location was great . Decor was bright and cheery and condo was clean.

Ac unit was not properly vented and had a big wad of tape in the window, did not cool place very well. Old Ac unit in bedroom was very noisy. Lack of water pressure in main shower. Our room cards did not work for the gym or hot tub area. No spatula flipper to flip fried eggs, no ice cube trays to make ice.

Great location in the village. Spacious and well furnished suite. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms and plenty of towels. Affordable price for a group.

The suite is NOT fully air conditioned and should not be advertised as such. The main bedroom has built in a/c unit. The living room has nothing, and the 2nd bedroom (the bunk bed, which arguably needs the a/c most) has nothing. A portable unit was left, uninstalled, in the bunk bed room. The window casing in the whole suite open side to side so the only way to “use” the a/c was to hang the tube out the window, with the window wide open. This didn’t work at all, obviously. The window let out all the cooled air and the tube didn’t hang very far out of the window without being an issue, so the warm air would just make its way back in. It was cooler to just have the window open but there are no screens on the windows and flies kept coming into the suite. I didn’t even care that much until we were propositioned for a 10/10 rating by the host, and asked if there was anything that could be done to improve it before giving a lower score. We brought up the a/c issue and that they shouldn’t advertise it as air conditioned. He said he would send someone to come and address it. I was hoping they would bring the equipment to close off the window and hold the hose. Nope. Nothing happened. When I told the owner the next day, he said he “sent a maintenance person”. So, without telling us, he allowed another person into the unit while we weren’t there to “check it”. And for no reason as they didn’t even do anything? Lastly there isn’t enough information for a smooth check in. The host refers to the concierge to help you out instead of answering questions about parking, etc. While nice, the staff there are unclear with giving instructions. For example, we asked to use the bike lockers. They told where to go, but didn’t tell us to get the ID tags for the bikes and that we would need to bring our room keys to connect with the door. So we went down there only to have to go straight back. This happened with parking as well.

The property was centrally located, had an adequate kitchen and lounge space.

The property is located immediately above a pub where the noise was terrible until 3am the first night and 11pm the second. The rooms are so tiny they can’t accommodate large suitcases and we had to resort to placing them in the living area or entry way. There are numerous portable aircons into windows. Meaning we couldn’t even walk around our bed. The balcony was approximately 30cm in depth.
