A perfect location for all seasons. Only a short 7-minute walk to the gondola`s/ski lifts & less than a 1-min walk to Whistler Village, which is right across the street! In the heart of Whistler but in a quiet and serene setting. This open floor plan townhome has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms with a single floor layout (no stairs!).

The ski valet is a great feature – they take your gear at the bottom of the mountain so no need to carry it to/from the home during your stay. It’s a full-service luxury experience! Please inquire about ski/snowboard gear rental once you book with the discount & free ski valet included!

Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTE: this is a very quiet townhouse complex, there are strict quiet hours after 10pm and absolutely no hot tub use between 10:00 pm and 8:00am is allowed. This is actively enforced by security and not just on a complaint basis. The fine for using the hot tub after hours is hefty and if you are being noisy in the hot tub after 10:00 pm you get TWO fines for breaking quiet hours and hot tub complex rules. The same goes for smoking - absolutely no smoking anything, anywhere, including the outside decks, pathways or around the complex.
Consumer Protection BC Licence #: 77981
- STRICT Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am
- NO HOT TUBBING AFTER 10PM - ZERO TOLERANCE
- No smoking anywhere in home, on balcony, on complex property
- No parties or events
- No pets

Condo is in a convenient location if being close to the village is important. Condo overall was clean but the wear and tear over the years was showing. We were aware that there was no A/C but quite disappointed seeing the fans so dirty. They were full of dust and that was off putting.
