Very clean! Great views! Spacious accommodation!

Hard to find, as the entrance is gated and labeled “Emerald Pointe” only, no sign of the actual resort at the gate!

Beautiful view of the lake in a clean modern condo. Friendly helpful staff. Nice pool.

Everything was great. Quiet. Peaceful.

Being a Westgate member I thought I could have got a better price on the room. And you should have had like an air fryer in the kitchen.

Excellent views, beautiful property! Check-in/out staff and housekeeping staff were nice, friendly and welcoming. The amenities were great, and the condo was very nice and spacious! Very close to Big Cedar and State Park Marina. Not too far from Long Creek Marina or the main strip, which was about 15-20 min. There are two nice outdoor fire pit areas (both seat 10) and a pool with waterfall. Volleyball, corn hole, basketball, horseshoe and miniature golf were the outdoor games and never crowded. Plenty of time to play. Grounds were nicely kept and clean. The drive to the location is dark as there are no street lights to the property. Property is gated and specific areas had some street lights. During the day the drive is spectacular and the lake views from the property are breathtaking! If you don’t want to leave the property Dominoes Pizza will deliver right to your door. Great service. We loved the gated community and really enjoyed ourselves. Code did not work but hit the call button and a friendly staff member will be happy to assist. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this beautiful property! Staff did a wonderful job keeping in touch with guests via text ensuring you were enjoying your stay, and were always available if you needed anything. They also provided activity information each day via text should you choose to participate. This property is beautiful and perfect for families, or any group!

Location. Unit was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

Noise level between units. We could hear conversations in the unit next to us. There should be a "quiet time" notice sent to each guest for evening hours.

The room was nice and bed very comfortable. The only issue we had was the floors were extremely dirty. They looked clean but walked around barefoot while unpacking and the bottom of my feet were black!! Also, had to as for skillet as there was none in the unit.

Not told it’s an apartment complex people live there. Upstairs people horribly loud like a stampede. Spider webs in living room big ones! Hot tub broke, no balcony or lake view as stated in the information of the rooms

Great location and facilities at a fantastic rate. Room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed all the activities that were available for guests.

It felt very safe. Just mom and I traveling.

I would definitely stay here again on a more leisurely trip, as this time I was just passing through. The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. Even if you’re not waterside, just step outside and enjoy the view.

The walls ARE thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors and be heard by them. There was no closet in the unit, just 2 cabinets bedside that are not full length, making clothes storage a bit awkward.

Very nice place, friendly front desk clerks and the units were so nice. Very clean,very comfortable, very nicely laid out, and everything we needed for a nice trip. Great kitchenette with everything we needed. Would love to have been able to stay longer. We had an amazing lake view from our room, and the screened in patio was really nice. Would love to come back and stay longer, maybe even bring our dogs next time.

Wish checkout was a little bit later other than that, which is just a personal preference. We had a fantastic stay. Our trip was just too short.

Spacious, clean hotel, and a beautiful location on the lake. Felt very safe as access to the community is through gate entrance only. Helps separate you from the bustle of Branson.

Always a beautiful location, even during the fall and winter months. Despite being an extremely busy weekend, everything was clean and our room is ready on time.

Indoor pool water was freezing cold and not comfortable to swim

It was expensive for 2 nights stay.

There was a door that led to another room I guess? It had a dog in it and it barked a lot like it was practically in our room- so that was not very good. We didnt expect to have a dog.

It was very clean staff very helpful on things to do and the view of the lake beautiful

No restaurant on the property like other westgates that I have visited.

It was very clean on the inside of the resort

The value of what we got for the price. There was no dock/slip for our boat or launch had to drive 15min to big cedar to put in our boat, dock it at their resort every night and store the boat. We will not stay there again because of it. Not enough amenities for the price compared to others on the lake.
