    Our stay started out great, staff was nice and the place was beautiful. We were looking forward to the activities offered and using the indoor pool. We even added days to our stay, which is where things went downhill. They insisted we pay an additional deposit for the service dog, which we had been told previously was exempt from extra fees. They said they made an exception for us because his size and breed were not allowed under their pet policy as well. This was strange because service animals are not supposed to be subject to "pet rules". The staff became rude and made unkind comments. So we will not be back, and would certainly not recommend their properties. I hope nobody else has to experience the anxiety and upset that this experience caused my family.
