Everything was incredible tbh and it's so close to everything without being uncomfortably crowded
Only complaint: the water smelled a bit off, like the pipes have eroded a bit. Would 100% go back tho.

The location was great! Free parking well appreciated. ADA room was adequate. Kitchen in unit very nice.
Faint smell of cigarette smoke in the living room and main bedroom. Shabby couch and chairs. Threadbare pool towels.
