When I visit Pheonix I like to stay here in Scottsdale, it's a nice safe area, you can walk to the Mall, it's only a five minute steady walk. The room was nice and clean as always, the hardwood floor was clean, my socks weren't filthy in a minute.
The TV was very good. The young man on the front desk was very helpful too. The laundry room and machines are good also.
For the price I would not expect a thing more, I'm always more than satisfied.

A very basic, budget motel that delivered exactly what we paid for: two beds for four people and a parking space. Nothing more, nothing less. The room was clean and inexpensive, but extremely cramped with barely enough space to open our luggage. Service was minimal, with no real hospitality or even a smile. It’s fine for a very short, functional stopover, but don’t expect any comfort or experience beyond the essentials.
