Great staff,, nice rooms and clean

Nothing… all good

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire building. Staff members were kind and courteous at all times and the room was more than comfortable. Loved Vic's and room service options were superb. Can't wait to stay again!

Only a couple of glitches. The shower water in our room was tepid--not hot enough. It would have been nice to have a non-dairy alternative with the coffee supplies in the lobby. But having fresh coffee available was a nice bonus. Also, while waiting for staff to refill the coffee and supplies downstairs in the lobby, the server was a little short with us and obviously was not happy to be doing that job. She spent quite a bit of time restocking cups and sugar and she never returned with a refill for the cream, even after asked by another patron. I think had she refilled the coffee, first folks could have gotten their coffee and been on their way, as only the coffee beans and cream were completely empty. Perhaps she was a little grumpy because of the awkwardness at having a group of people standing around waiting. But that experience did not diminish the absolutely wonderful staff experiences we had throughout our stay.

Room and bed were quite good and very clean. Facilities were also good and I very much liked that the pool and gym were open until 11pm.

Myself and many on my team were not allowed to grab a bite to go for breakfast. We were forced to sit down and be served which meant many of us did not have time for breakfast. This was not told to us upon check in and was very annoying when we were in a rush and could not get anything to eat.
