I thought the room was spacey and clean. The Balcony was nice. The shower water was hot and the pressure from the shower head was great! Bed was comfortable. Free Breakfast was simple but decent. Location was perfect in downtown Newport and can walk to everything.
It was a little inconvenient that there was no elevator and you had to climb stairs with all your luggage depending on what floor you are on. I would say older people ask for 2nd floor rooms. Our room overlooked a building next store and had a very loud bar at night which was right outside our room. Bar was open till 1a.m. so Friday and Saturday nights it was rocking. Also our room you could hear every foot step from the people staying above us. The people that were staying next to us when they went to shower it make a loud clicking thumping noise in our room.

Very nice place in a great location. Front desk staff and meal room staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable, spacious, and had a nice view. Breakfast variety was quite good.
Only downfalls during our stay was a leaky shower faucet and room entry keys that didn’t work well. Minor maintenance items is all that were reported upon checkout and staff was very receptive to handling.
