Excellent large room, huge bed, very comfy, great tvs, lovely staff, lobby has a great smell, great having Starbucks and restaurant on site. And of course the cookies are delicious!

The TV didn’t work when we checked in and there was only one tea bag and one creamer for two people

I love how it's close to downtown and easy to get in and out. I love how spacious it is.
Our bathroom door handle was broken upon arriving and the lock was the only thing to lock the door. Stains on bathroom ceiling and it be so humid and hot even tho the ac was on and it was hard to sleep at night.
