Comfortable and bright apartment on Patacona beach. Ideal for a holiday by the sea. The area is quiet and has all the necessary services. The apartment is fully equipped and includes parking and wifi.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen, balcony and laundry. Additionally a garage is offered in the same building. The elevator goes up to the garage.
The larger room has a double bed and a bathroom. The average size room has two single beds. The smaller room has a single bed.
The living room features TV, DVD, sofa, desk and a table and chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and a dishwasher.
In the laundry there is the washing machine and space for hanging clothes.
Wi-Fi is provided.
The apartment has no sea view. However, to get to the beach you just have to cross the road.
The apartment does not have air conditioning. There is one fan in each bedroom and another one in the living room.

Maria’s apartment is exactly as listed. It was perfect for our longer stay, especially the kitchen. Location is ideal - close to the beach, long promenade, excellent transit connections into the old city and other attractions. Maria is an excellent and very responsive host.

The apartement was big,clean an is locadet in a very comfortable place. The supermarkets are also nearby and thd communication with the staff was easy and helpfull . All in all the apartement was great.

We spent two weeks working remotely from Valencia, having our kids with us - the apartment was as described, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, open kitchen with living room, all in a very good condition. The balcony offered a place to work, too :) And a garage space was just the perfect bonus. In the area, big fitness club with padel tennis and swimming pool right next to the house, a tennis club 10-minute walk (our child did camps there) and the 2-minute walk to the beach is a dream. Public transport (various buses) few minutes walk away and going directly to the center.
The owner very communicative and precise in giving information, everything went very smoothly. We can absolutely recommend.

The location of the property is ideal to enjoy the beach and all the activities that happens there. The property is large, clean, plenty of sunlight and well decorated, and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The property owner Maria and her cousin Mamen ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Everything worked perfectly and hence we did not experience any hiccups. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.
