Location and friendly check in guy
Thin walls—The room next to me had a guy snoring that actually woke me up in the middle of the night. Not many TV stations

The price was good, and the Inn was a quick exit off the Highway, the room was clean, the bathroom was a bit outdated ( light fixture from the original build, no GFI plug and only one garbage can for the room could have used another. All in all a great stay and very friendly owner.
