The quiet hour was 9 pm. Maybe change to 10pm

The place actually looked better in real life. The host was very very helpful. Tried his best to acomodate me. Helped me find a parking spot. Helped me carry my stuff off my motorcycle. It was awesome.

Nothing really. The area was very safe. Cozy warm place. Smelled really good.

The location is great if you're doing things in downtown Amherst. It is a small, quiet location that is easy walking distance to everything in central Amherst - do need a car to buy groceries, but other than that, walking works well. There is free parking just behind the accommodation location - next to the police station, so quite secure!

The lighting in my room was not great. It would have been better if there was a second or even a much brighter light. The fridge was quite noisy. I dealt with that by leaving it plugged in during the day and unplugging it only while I was asleep (I sleep lightly), and it still kept my milk and juice cold.

Friendly, welcoming, clean.

The linens and pillows had seen better days but the main problem was the entrance and exit from the property. It was at the back of the property and when the owner showed me he told me to be sure to lock the door because there was a significant drug problem in the town and people, junkies would often try the door to see if they could get in. It was not a very safe feeling environment plus I had a car full of stuff as I was travelling and I was very nervous about leaving it parked in the General car park despite assurances that they were police and cameras everywhere, because of the drug problem in the town
