Location, parking and the daily room staff were friendly and restocked the coffee every day. The room looked exactly as pictured! Check in was easy enough though maybe takes longer at busy times.

The kitchens have a cabinet door that’s supposed to cover the mini fridge under the counter. Because it’s not “counter depth” the door stays open and your constantly running into it and hurting myself. The fridge door didn’t open easily either….it was a mess 😬

Staff were professional an accommodating. The suite was perfect for our needs.

There was no easy way to load and unload suitcases/supplies. The loading zone was occupied on my departure date and I had to make several trips with 2 kids to the parkade. It was very inconvenient.

Love look forward to my next stay in September.

I liked to whole lay out of the room, the mini kitchen, the living room space with the balcony and the king size bed with the on suite washroom that is also accessible from the kitchen area. Overall a comfortable stay.

Comfortable and convenient

Location, comfort and convenience of room facilities, quietness of the surroundings, ease of access to supermarkets, banks, and restaurants.

There is no regular cleaning of the rooms unless you ask, and most of the time, the cleaners are not easy to find. The room furniture is aged, and there are corners and nooks that require deep cleaning, but it is easy to notice that they are left untouched for some time. It just deminishes the entire experience that could otherwise be excellent.

There needs to be a larger fridge in these rooms…..and an oven ( seriously?) It snowed while we were there and I had to shovel out my own parking space ( I have a tall van and had to park on the street parking )

The shower floor was our only issue. The suites were outdated but otherwise clean and comfortable.

I liked the rooms they were nice and clean

The procedures at the hotel were a little strange, I couldn't leave my partners name to check in for us unless they changed the credit card to my partners. The staff also seemed to lack a bit of knowledge In general. I also still have pending charges for a room I wasn't supposed to pay for on my CC.

liked the location on campus as we were there to learn more about possibly attending UBC. bed was super comfy. nice remodel.

The elevator to just the second floor was really slow so we always took the stairs. the building we were in was dated in the hallways & common areas, but the rooms themselves had been very nicely updated. entry door hinges need some oil.
