    Typical hotel. Staff was excellent. Location was great. My negatives related to the room, window blind was broken; reading light on left side of the bed did not work; and the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. I also feel that many people are not so tech savvy. The only thing in the room was a grid to scan if you want information. No paper or pen, no sheet of paper showing you what the amenities were; times of breakfast; or a menu showing that you can order food. Not everyone is tech savvy and if my daughter hadn’t showed me how to do it this weekend I wouldn’t have known what to do. Other than that, I wouldn’t stay again

    I stayed at here for one Saturday night. There was a wedding party downstairs and it’s very noisy. I asked the front desk staff to switch my room to a higher floor. First, she insisted the party will end at 11:00PM, as if I shouldn’t make big deal of it. I told her that my family just had a long day on a flight and will need to leave early the next day to drive back home. She then tried to switch my room. I was given the option to either stay at first floor room that’s close to the wedding or move to third floor that’s closed to the elevator. I can understand that there is no additional room available, but I’ll at least avoid staying here during the weekend in the future.
