The location of the property was great. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

The property could have been cleaner, it is obviously surfaced cleaned. There were several spots with quite a bit of dust, for example the tops of the radiators. The back splash had grease/food on it and several dishes removed from the cupboard needed to be washed before use. They are also very stingy with the towels. I registered for 4 guests and we were left with 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. I emailed the property management for more, which were delivered but still only delivered two, which isn’t even 1 face cloth per guest. Would love a can opener added to the kitchen stock.

Well-equipped kitchen w all cutlery, plates, cooking equipment. Comfy bed, spacious, clean. Bathtub was deep and nice.

Air conditioner doesn't work properly, very noisy, makes loud cracking noise in middle of the night. Had to unplug it several times. AC doesn't really cool down apartment. Should be replaced. Toilet doesn't flush properly. Need to hold down handle 2 or 3 times for reflushing. Needs to be fixed. Hot water disappeared/stopped working in unit for the entire last day of our stay. Wasn't comfortable for a shower or bath, or useful for cleaning dishes during the malfunction.

Property was perfectly located. Roomy enough for our family of 5 with everything we needed. Quick and easy to get in - no going to a front desk. Just arrived and put in the codes provided to enter our apartment right away which was great after a long travel. Quiet, everything worked with no issues.

Was a little disappointed that the hot tubs at our building didn’t work the best. One the jets never worked. The last night the jets wouldn’t work in either hot tubs and one was more like a Luke warm bath.
