Very clean and well organized
I was emailed to pay 10 dollars for parking thru a email before I entered the property to find a parking pass. So not happy about that.

Location is excellent
The basement room we had is a design disaster! It is a small space (about 15’ x20’) with the toilet right in the middle of that space - a small shower but NO wash sink. Not enough space for the queen bed (against wall on one side). A tiny table with 3 stacking chairs on the other side of tha toilet room. A kitchen counter with a sink and cabinets below covers 2/3 of the other wall. Do you see the picture!? We paid > $400/ night. This is a rip off!
