Well located on the hill, great to access biking or skiing. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Well equipped unit.

Air conditioner was not central and was only a window unit in the main room; meaning the bedroom got a bit hot. We didn’t realize this. Door lock was very sticky and hard to open at times.

Great location. Clean, all amenities were in good order.

It was a little warm in the condo as there was only one portable fan. It was a little crammed on the balcony but great for two people

Location is great, the shop in the building is friendly and useful. Lobby is a very nice common space, we had a family Christmas dinner there. The apartment is nice and functional. Even the view to the back is nice, as it includes the chairlift.

The keycode instructions were not entirely clear for the apartment, as the lock is a bit more confusing than other, similar code locks.

Location was great - right on the mountain, walk to restaurants and bike in/out. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was great, room was spacious. Would absolutely stay here during the winter or early in summer when it's cool out.

Incredibly difficult to get in. We needed to register before we got to the room, but I never received an email. We arrived on site to locked doors and no one to help. We had to call central reservations to figure out how to get into our room. It was confusing and frustrating. There is no staff on site at all, so we had to manage remotely. Also, our unit did not have air conditioning, which was not made clear in the advertisement. It was 95 degrees F during our stay, and there was poor ventilation in the room. It was also very smoky, which meant we had to leave the windows closed during the night. They did have room fans available, but they weren't a large help because we had to leave doors and windows shut. Ultimately, the room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature and it was hard to sleep. Also, a number of the lights in the unit were broken, dishwasher did not work and the products in the bathroom were very low quality.
