The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed the seating area for breakfast.
The swimming pool was small.

Location, design
Too many people at the breakfast and as a result very dirty floor after all the food. Specially after people doing waffles.

The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient for the cruise terminal and nearby attractions.
Check-in and check-out did not feel very friendly. I was talked down to for booking through a third party. The room safe also would not open on cruise morning with our passports and personal items inside. Rudy got it fixed quickly, which we appreciated, but it was stressful.
