The upgraded room was very instagramable and we felt like living the dream in New Orleans. We also utilized the gym and it is just what we needed. The hotel is very accessible to the city.

The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient for the cruise terminal and nearby attractions.
Check-in and check-out did not feel very friendly. I was talked down to for booking through a third party. The room safe also would not open on cruise morning with our passports and personal items inside. Rudy got it fixed quickly, which we appreciated, but it was stressful.
