The thin walls, conversations could be heard from the hallways & from the parking lot. The squatty potty’s w/no grab bars in bathroom.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were very nice and updated. The breakfast was also very good!

They were doing construction and sanding/painting the walls. But what I really didn’t like is that you basically had to go that way and they recommended to walk through it to go to the elevator. There was a lot of dust everywhere near the entrance and elevator. It seemed like there was only one elevator anywhere. I also did not like the TVs. They were updated but it seemed as if the people above/below/next to us were watching tv or pushing buttons ours would constantly change. We would be watching something and the channel/app would change or the tv would turn off.

Lovely place to stay with a few needed upgrades.

The breakfast was really good. Many choices.

The couches and dinning chairs were old and extremely dusty. The dust triggered my asthma.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The place was very clean, breakfast was so good and the room was great.

The breakfast was my favorite. They had a lot of options. The salsas were definitely one of my favorites.

The bedroom and living room and overall suite size was pretty small to accommodate 2 children. If we had larger bedroom and living spaces, it would make things a lot easier.

It was in a good location. Close to the beach.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable even my 6 year old wouldn’t sleep on it. We came back from the beach cockroaches were all over the counter in the kitchen.

Looks like there was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom . The water in pool and spa area was really dirty just seemed like they added a lot of chlorine to counter it . The pool towels are thin and hard . The phone in our room didn't work for guest services the tables didn't get washed down between guests for breakfast . I asked for blankets and we received bed skirts . We asked for firmer pillows and got the same pillows , I think there was a language barrier.

The breakfast was delicious and i like the fact that tje hotel provided us with a free happy hour food and drinks for the family! It was located near shoppimg malls and restaurants, gast stations etc..etc..

Nice hotel, perfect for families and great customer service.

The customer service was great, anything we requested they took care of right away.

The room seemed a bit worn in, I found some holes in the carpet, peeling and bubbling paint in the bathroom. some food stains in the ceiling of the kitchen. Other than that it was great but not enough to complain about it, I think If I spent more money then yes 100% I would have because the photos advertised was not what we received. The free breakfast was nice but too crowded for me to try.

We noticed that all the Privacy placard were stolen or taken off the doors, including ours for our room. Limited to two visitors for the pool. There were not enough parking spaces because some vehicles were taking up two spaces and the facility did not ask them to move to one space.

The staff were all super friendly and the distance to the beach and Legoland was only about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and had different meat options that changed each day.

The hallway and room we stayed in was very worn and looked dirty. They have replaced the carpet in some of the hallways and repainted as well. Unfortunately, we were not lucky and did not have a room in one of those areas. Also, we did have a problem with the light in the kitchen area staying on and it would shut off on its own continuously. They did send someone to fix it while we were out of the room.

Not very good… would choose somewhere else next time.

Tv didn’t work. 3 days to get it fixed. On 4 dat stay asked for maid service one day. Couldn’t even restock coffee or empty trash. The area we stayed (rear) had worn carpet and mildew smell.

Great breakfast, variety of choices. Timing was perfect. Stayed open just long enough. Actually this was the best breakfast I've ever had in an all inclusive. Staff was charming, friendly, polite, professional and helpful. The property was clean but without many amenities and with construction going on, inconvenient with long walks to a working elevator

Good, clean hotel but kitchen in room wasn’t up to par.

The location is great, the complimentary breakfast is amazing, loved the pool. The room was clean and cozy, the ac/heater worked great, and you can log into Netflix on the phone.

The dishwasher in our room was straight up broken and rusted out. There wasn’t a lot of equipment in the kitchen besides the coffee maker and one pan. Plus the rooms are definitely not sound proof, heard the couple next door that was very active.

Room was clean and spacious, shower water pressure was perfect. Aside from guests next door arriving late, it was quiet, breakfast was decent.

Very nice one-bedroom suite with fantastic breakfast buffet included.

Very nice one-bedroom suite. Breakfast buffet had everything! Hot and tasty. Appreciated the privacy of a bedroom with a door that closes, instead of a partition. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was amazing.

Very small dining table was cramped for only two people. Bathroom sink was open to bedroom so no privacy and had noise to wakeup sleeping guests. Parking lot at night was very full but we ultimately were able to find a spot.

Great room that accomadated my large family.

The location was quiet and local at the same time. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids. Breakfast was amazing with large variety.

Tub was a filling up and didn't drain but only one night so it did not bother us. Overall great experience.

I had a room next to the pool which is fine but the dark curtains didn't close and the pool lights were left on all night - had to tie the curtains closed to make it dark enough to sleep. And as always, you fall straight through the pillows.
