I loved the feel of the property, the ambiance was great and our kids definitely enjoyed the pool. Will be booking for future visits.
There was some trash under the ottoman in our room. At check in we were advised about the parking situation which would have been nice to know at that point in time.

Its a beautiful and very welcoming place. Right from the checkin staff to people managing the restaurant, rooms, pool, breakfast everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening happy hours, great snacks and drinks. The rooms are very spacious and clean. We were a party of 10 with kids and 3 rooms and had more space the. we needed.To top it all, we have never seen a hotel manager greeting and really taking the time to know the guests but thats what we saw here. Cynthia was unlike any manager we have met at hotels. She was as dedicated to help and meet guests as rest of the staff. We stayed at the Riu before we moved here and I can tell you, this property is better in every aspect.
