The female Asian staff at the counter was extremely unprofessional. We booked two rooms fully paid here on Agoda. Upon check in the deposit charged was 184.xx USD for each room which was already very strange in terms of the amount. Then we found the deposit for two rooms were charged to my credit card after check out. Are you double charging me for staying at your hotel? After check out we stayed a few more hours at the lobby. We bought instant hot soup at the counter, and a male staff helped and offered napkins and plastic forks. Then we bought more soups and this time that female staff helped. Again I asked for some napkins and forks. She first confirmed with me if I need toilet papers I said no I need napkins, tissue papers. As if I could not understand the language. Is there anything wrong for me to ask for napkins? Is the word napkin forbidden at your hotel? Then she told me I can get that from the counter. Ok I can do that myself. Then I asked for the forks again, and she said they do not have them. If you do not have them how did the other staff help me before? So I told her the other staff did bring me some forks before. She, after consulting her colleagues, very reluctantly walked to the breakfast area to find some spoons, not forks, and put them on a table, not even hand to me in person. I asked for the forks again and she still put the forks on a table instead of hand to me. This staff is just terrible. Other than that it’s fine, except for I got beg bug bites from lying on their sofa in the lobby.
