Loved the location, and it’s a beautiful property. The rooms were done up really nice and the pool was clean and well kept. Property was well kept. Loved swimming to the raft from the docks. Also enjoyed the shuffle board. Nice to have a restaurant/bar onsite as well.
We asked to use a microwave because the rooms didn’t have one and the front desk lady said there was none. Couldn’t even use one from the onsite restaurant. How is there no microwave to use? Makes it hard if you have babies or children. I was not impressed by that.
Also the beach was full of debris and piles of grass and trees, and fenced with a ‘goose fence’ and so it wasn’t useable. Surprising for a July weekend and not as advertised.
The kayak rentals seemed expensive ($15 per hour for a one man kayak) and they close early (5pm) so no sunset kayak.

Cleaning, calm and location.
Their Indoor pool, game room and restaurant and also to mention Jacuzzi amenities are top notch for family
