The room was very clean and nice and warm. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Dinner was fabulous and reasonably priced.

The room was lovely and comfortable. The dinner was excellent.
Two concerns: 1. We could not get the written commentary off the TV, nor could the staff member who came in to help us. 2. The breakfast was not as good as I would have hoped for and expected.

Front desk staff were great ~ even shared a good laugh about an inside joke. The room was lovely ~ clean and fresh. I especially enjoyed the AC which was running when I entered the room .. I greatly appreciated that as it was the middle of August and a dreadfully hot and humid weekend, nearing 40 degrees. My waterfront view was perfect ~ overlooked the lake, docks and pool. I only wish I had booked more time for dining, lazing around the pool going out on the lake... oh well next time as I would most definitely stay at The Glen House Resort again and again. This resort exceeded our expectations. The property was constantly being groomed while we were there. Gorgeous gardens and lawns. The food was so good. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Beds were so comfy and fresh and the room was stocked with all sorts of towels and personal care products. There are pickleball courts with rackets supplied. And they have an 18 hole Championship Golf Course there as well. The hotel is right on the St.Lawrence River and it’s fun watching the boats go by. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, games room and fitness room too. It’s an older resort with older furniture and decor but it is so well maintained and had so much charm. We will definitely return again.
