    I will start with positive perspective. It’s family friendly with indoor pool, kitchen in the suite and warm breakfast. The hotel is right off N95, convenient but challenging to merge into heavy traffic. The facilities seemed to be cheaply refurbished. The shower is leaking. The room door won’t close easily. The walls are thin. You can hear people talking next door. This is not the worst. I booked two beds for two nights. But when we checked in, we were told two-bed room are sold out. We have to stay with one bed and one pull out couch bed. If they can be more upfront at booking, I will not even book here. But we were too tired at the end of the day and accepted. They first gave us a room next to a mechanical room. It was so loud like we sat by a train. Then they assigned us a room with no bedding and a shower knob that won’t turn. I know the staff are trying to accommodate. It seemed the receptionist also worked as the delivery person. They seem to be overloaded. In summary I won’t recommend this place.

    The hotel is currently a mess. I feel we should have been told the hotel was under renovation when we booked. The pool was closed, there was plastic lining the floors and walls, every piece of furniture was stained, most entrances were blocked off. When we went to use the elevator there was no button. The front desk informed us we had to stick our finger in the hole in the wall to push the button…upon doing so we got on the elevator just for it to start moving up while the door was still open and my family still getting on. We have stayed in this hotel twice in the past years. Never has our experience been this bad. The cleanliness of the room was so bad I made the kids keep their shoes on. Even the lamp shades had stains on them. I think for over *** bucks for the night we should have gotten better all around.
