    Our group had booked another hotel but didn’t know they we booked pet friendly! Although my pet in question is a small dog, we couldn’t stay at the first place so we needed another place for the night. Thankfully we stayed here, the initial rooms air conditioning didn’t work and we kindly moved to another room. Our stay was perfect as was breakfast. Thank you!

    Good morning, me and my family are on a spring break road trip I found this hotel thru Agoda when I put in pet friendly hotels. I paid *** when I arrived I was told there was a $50 deposit. Then i brought up my dogs I was told there is non refundable $75 pet deposit. I paid it even though it would’ve been nice to have a heads up before check in. Mind you we have been in the car for 2 days at this point we needed showers and I have 2 daughters with 4 foot of hair a piece. We get up to the room. I get ready to hop in first there was hair in the shower. The shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. So I got out went downstairs with wet hair and told the lady at the desk. She said she would send someone up. I have 3 more people that need to shower before we can go eat. I waited 30 mins. My husband said house keeping is down the hall I can go ask. He went and asked they barely spoke enough English to understand I need shampoo. 30 mins after that we finally had shampoo and conditioner. When we got back from dinner, my key no longer worked, I wasn’t really worried about it we still had the other. We let the girls swim for a lil bit. My husband went to the front desk to grab 4 pops he stuck my card in and she said it would be $16 he instantly ripped my card out because that’s ridiculous. At that point she was freaking out because some how the machine charged me $40 and that she would refund it but as we all know that’s not instant. I am now angry because a room that was supposed to cost *** has now taken an extra *** out of our trip for absolutely no reason. I wake up this morning go downstairs make up breakfast get all the way upstairs and boom now this card doesn’t work. My kids are locked inside and I’m not awake enough for this. The young lady working this morning was very emphatic and the guy made sure it worked before walking away. Needless to say I am not happy

    We were staying there for one night . It was nice location right on the highway. The Boston city is not too far. Breakfast could have been better like made to order type of food . The facility is very nice.
